Stretches and deep breathing
is recommended for those who are out of shape, suffer from minor physical
ailments or, try to find a solution to our weight problem.

To obtain the best results?
All you need is a few minutes a day or a few times a week exercise BUT
MAKE A HABIT OF IT.
My program is divided into three parts, which could be used at your
convenience and leisure:
No exercise is beneficial if it has not started with a complete warm-up. This is very important because a warmed-up muscle is one that is protected from injury. Keeping this in mind, our program start with a few warm-up movements that get the blood flowing and prepares you for the follow-up stretches.
From warm-up we move on to a more demanding movements on the floor
concentrating from the toes to back and shoulders. The objective is to increase the blood flow to each area as
we work your body in a systematic, sequential order-legs, trunk, pelvis, back,
stomach, and shoulders. These exercises will leave your body in perfect
alignment, prepared for whatever the rest of your day has in store.
Upon completion of the floor exercises, we will move to upper body
movements and will concentrate on legs, stomach, shoulders, arms, and chest
hips and ankles muscles. This program will end with a few moments of
stress-free contemplation and deep breathing which relaxes all parts of your
body, getting you ready to face the adventure and challenges of your daily
life.

This program is designed for those of us who are labelled as the "baby
boomer"generation. It includes great movements combining
stretches, breathing, and muscle control and muscle tones. What make these
exercises unique are the sequence in which they are presented, their varieties
and their non-stressful muscle toning, which are combined with deep breathings.
We promise with 30-45 minutes exercise a day, you will feel re-energized
and fully protected against signs of early aging accompanied with a sagging
muscles.
What is also important is in doing these exercises you will require NO
equipment and NO personal trainer. You will determine your own pace and will be
able to PERSONALIZE it according to your needs. Our only expectation from you
is the FORMATION OF HABITS. When
you memorize the sequence of movements and try to master the exercises on your
own, you will realize their benefits faster. This will allow you to concentrate
fully on every vertebra and every joint in addressing your problem areas.
Obviously, the degree and extent of this improvement will be dependent on
individual variations and on adherence to the regime itself.
I recommend, however, a periodic review of the tape to ensure that you
have not forgotten the prescribed breathing techniques, tucking the buttocks
and stomach or isolating a particular muscle.
Remember since this program has been designed with a special order in
mind, it is essential that you perform it in the sequence presented. The real
beauty of the program is that it works and you immediately notice the
differences. Each time you
exercise, you feel your body responding as it become stronger and firmer. You
will get a great deal of pleasure from seeing and feeling the results of your
efforts so quickly.
